All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by structdggd. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, though we recommend 48 hours for optimal availability. Special dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee accommodation of dietary restrictions if not communicated in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. For groups of 6 or more, a deposit may be required, and specific cancellation terms will apply. Private events and special dining experiences may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. For private events and catering services, payment terms will be specified in separate agreements. Tips and gratuities are at your discretion and are greatly appreciated by our staff.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
